STANDBY GENERATOR EQUIPMENT

NORM NFE S 37-312

Adaptations are carried out in our Yffiniac workshops and make it possible to use our generators for ‘Standby’ operation.

Particular care is taken when carrying out modifications with regards to the choice of components (Comap, Stamford, Fulmen, VDO, Victron) as well as the quality requirements of our staff.

OPERATION :

Depending on the option chosen, the start command is given either by the PLC of the generator itself on loss of mains (AMF type), or by external instruction(MRS).

AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) :
The generator starts automatically in the event of a loss of mains.
The transfer switch is managed by the generators control module

MRS (Manual Remote Start) :
The generator starts when it receives the instruction
The generator does not manage the transfer switch The transfer switch much be controlled by a separate control module.

In case of a problem with main control module A, it is possible to use a second control module B to start the generator. This second control module B is, as standard, in inhibit mode.
